Most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with! My doctor approved and called in a prescription, I received text notification from Walgreens that it was ready to pickup and when I arrived to pick it up they tell me it's too soon and to come back after 3 days. The following Friday, three plus days later, I come in to pickup the prescription. Now they tell me that the prescription isn't approved and has to be called in by my doctor. Somehow we went from a filled prescription to your doctor needs to call it in again. Walgreens is a circus! I'll never be back to this location for a prescription or anything else!!! Incompetent!!!!!!!!!

I want to make sure that Stephanie in the pharmacy department gets the recognition she deserves! I went into the Fig Garden Walgreens on a Friday, with the Doctor's prescriptions in hand. I was scheduled for an early Monday morning surgery. I needed three different medications to be started Sunday. No one seemed to have all three medications, but could probably get them by Monday afternoon or Tuesday. That obviously wasn't going to work. After what seemed like an hour of searching the internet and calling around to all the different Walgreens in town, she finally found a store that could help us. They didn't have the brand name, for one medication, but did have its generic. She proceeded to make all the calls back and forth to the doctor's office to validate using a generic. In the end we were able to get a brand name and a generic from her store and a generic from a Walgreens across town. I don't know what I would have done if Stephanie had not been so supportive and dedicated in her determination to help me. Thank you! Not many people would have been so caring!

I have been going to this Walgreens now for about 2 yrs and everyone in there is so friendly and helpful.. Abdul and Carey in photos to Brenda on the floor
