Best Walgreens location ever! Genuinely kind employees. Ian is one of a kind. Even when I'm having a bad day, when I walk in his positive attitude and his lighthearted demeanor about everything is so welcoming! It's like whatever I was dealing with before I walked in doesn't matter. And bonus, he's hilarious! Great guy and you can tell he really cares about people.

I went to the pharmacy drive thru for the 2nd time (note for the first time I was about 5-10 mins early before they were going to re-open after lunch & they had me waiting 10-15 minutes after they were supposed to re-open on the listed time slot on the window) since my pickup was not ready the first time and the 2 Indian ladies that are always there (one has a white coat & usually wears hair up in a bun) were mocking me & laughing for no apparent reason all I told them was there to pickup a medication & was double checking the amount they had so how does this give them a reason they to be like this? Unless if I was being rude then that’s a different situation. I’m highly considering changing this pharmacy since these 2 are always there but this was the only closest one to me in my area too very unfortunate. How else can I report this? These two ladies deserve some consequences. I’ve seen some other reviews about them as well and yes it is true the non white coat one is more unprofessional and very slow which doesn’t seem normal. Again something needs to be done about this situation.

Their pharmacy dept needs to be reevaluated with patient/doctor/prescription regarding what information needs to be or can be released by their own customers!! Never have I had so much trouble with chasing after a prescription at any Walgreen pharmacy except for this location on ashlan/Cornelia!!

Absolutely the slowest Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to! Truly feels like they are being this slow on purpose because I see no other reason for it to take so long. This is only a few blocks from my house but from now on I will be driving a few extra MILES for my prescription. Im sure it will still be quicker.

This location is horrible in the pharmacy department, they don’t have prescriptions ready when they should, the workers seem to be rookies and don’t know how to even do math, management is at fault for not overseeing these issues and addressing, poorly run.
