Always a long wait and one of their Pharmacists is rude. She gives you a hard time about any prescription you pick up. I have a pretty bad illness and need many different medications. She always gives me and my family a problem if she’s there while picking up medications. I even over heard her give an older lady a problem just for picking up her high blood pressure and diabetic medications. So we do our best to make sure we don’t have to deal with her.

Very impressed by the pharmacy staff! Although they were slammed on the drive through, phone calls and at the pick up counter; they were still very kind and attentive to me. I had an issue with my prescription, apparently it didn’t get sent in so I was there for two hours trying to sort it out. When they finally received my prescription they worked on it immediately! Best pharmacy experience for sure, thank you guys. Vang helped me and so did the Indian lady with glasses who wears a white coat, very kind people!

2 staff on this morning (10:30 am, 7-11-'25), had EXCELLENT customer care. Kayanna (?spelled wrong) a cashier, was very kind and friendly, not only to me but to other elderly customers. And another blond, soft spoken woman who a also worked as cashier, helped me BEYOND what would be expected in the skin care section. She was very knowledgeable about nail care and all the MANY, confusing choices. I'll return and will definitely recommend this store to others!

Called pharmacy for help with medication refill from new doctor. Same medication from new doctor, instead of just kindly telling me I will need to send the medication to my old pharmacy and wait a certain date for it to be refilled, she also felt the need to not hang up the phone lie and gossip with her coworkers about me? Just for her own entertainment! Very unprofessional and made me cry! I sent my prescription here because my new doctors office is online video now therefore they had a harder time locating my other pharmacy, switching doctors is already alittle confusing with refills situation, I wanted to be helped and understood but I was belittled and mocked it felt humiliating! Godbless her I hope she heals!

The drive through pharmacy is EXTREMELY slow. The attendants for the window appear to also manage the checkout line inside the pharmacy. This duel responsibility leads to incredible inefficiency. It would be far better if they assigned someone to the drive-through then when it’s not busy, they can perform other tasks.
