They don't want to hired anymore workers but they're so understaffed that they can handle any customer service. Place should just close down. No wonder people are starting to turn to Amazon pharmacy.

Wouldn’t recommend this place for pharmacy. It takes a really long time to get ahold of someone over the phone and even when you go in person you’ll be waiting for at least an hour. Unfortunately this is the only closest pharmacy for a lot of people ever since rite aid closed. The employees most likely are not properly trained and they were not ready to take on the responsibility of running a pharmacy. You’d think they would spend time in training now that they are actually getting business for the first time ever, but it’s quite the opposite. Also, the employees do have an attitude, when someone did pickup they complained that they had over 150 medications to refill. It really feels like they don’t want to do the job but they “have to”. It’s such a shame that rite aid closed, it was the best pharmacy.

This Walgreen is a hit and miss with the pharmacy department! I’ve been to this pharmacy for about a year now and sometimes they’ll have your prescription, then other times they don’t. Customer service is very helpful but I wish they stay consistent with keeping up with their stocks of medicine that is needed.

High more pharmacy staff! This place is riidiculous . Prescriptions never ready at given time. The are always short staffed and Walgreens staff helping out with prescriptions. I’ve never seen that before until I came here.

Poor customer service. Pharmacy staff is over worked with little help. Pharmacy does not answer phone. If possible avoid this place. Walgreens can do better than this. Walgreens needs to hire more pharmacy staff. I would give this place 0 stars of possible.
