Dear Walgreens Representative, I would like to recognize Brittney, the pharmacist at Walgreens, for her outstanding help and professionalism. I recently had cataract surgery and then had to make an unexpected trip to Tucson. Unfortunately, I forgot to pack my much-needed eye drops. My original prescription was at my San Francisco Walgreens, and Brittney went above and beyond to assist me. After multiple phone calls to confirm the insurance information and clarify the prescription order, she was able to arrange for the prescription to be transferred to Tucson. Unfortunately, after all of that effort, the eye drops were out of stock. Even so, I deeply appreciated Brittney’s patience, persistence, and genuine concern for helping me during a stressful situation following surgery. Horrible professionalism from the pharmacist at the drive through window. Rejected an insurance card, claiming it wasn't "up to date", and refused to give me my prescribed medications for a severe respiratory infection. Insurance let me know my card was up to date and there should be no issues. Whoever the male pharmacist was on staff at 4:00 - 4:30 pm March 2nd displayed an astounding lack of bedside manner. Only gave me my medication once my insurance specialist called them and got involved. The other two pharmacists inside were great, sorry they have to work with someone who has apparently forsaken their oath that as a pharmacist.

A young man named Leonardo works at this location and is very kind and helpful. I appreciated the information he provided about photo prints. Thank you Leonardo and thank you walgreens the photos came out very nice!

When I went there I was instantly greeted by the store associate who help me find the product I was looking for. I don't normally go to the store to find a product I was intending on purchasing but upon seeing what they had in stock, I saw they had what I was looking for and more items. Very satisfied with my experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't really see anything good or bad about this store, except that they don't carry ice. Maybe that is normal for all Walgreens? I'm not sure. That is the only reason for the 4-star rating.
