Although the Pharmacy staff appears to be over-worked, all associates were polite & professional. Smiles all around, even while explaining difficult circumstances to customers.

A huge store, but very limited when it comes to buying products for Black/ethnic hair types. I went to this location on River Rd. (Tucson,AZ) mainly because it was a humongous storefront. So, I thought I would find what I needed, but unfortunately did not do to the lack of cultural diversity here at this store-* Even though they have the space.* There’s all of this space in this aisle for Caucasian hair types; in case it gets lost on you, this is one of the simplest hair types available. The section for Black hair was minuscule in comparison, even though it’s the most complex.

Crap pharmacy. Yesterday they told me I could do a partial fill of my prescription because they don't have it all. I asked if I could come back tomorrow and get the full prescription and they said yes. Today I come back and they tell me they need a daily dosage from the doctor. I don't think these people know how type 1 diabetes works. I could fast all day and exercise for an hour and I wouldn't need to take any insulin at all. Or I could go and eat 10 donuts and drink 5 sodas and I would need to take 100 units. What I take depends on many factors there is no daily dosage. And why were they willing to partially fill it yesterday and all the sudden turned around today saying they need more information. It's insulin not some pain killer or anything like that. These people suck at the pharmacy. After I work to get this thing filled I will be going to a different pharmacy. I have never had these issues with filling prescriptions in my entire life.

On a quest for Silly Putty we looked at this Walgreens but alas, there was none. However, Mariah had a great suggestion for an alternative product that AutoZone sells, and even took a minute to bring it up on her phone so I could get a picture of it. Her interest and thoughtfulness were surely above and beyond. Thanks!
