Every time I visit my Walgreens store I am happy to say that there are plenty of employees walking around and ready to assist customers. Also that they are cheerful and professional at all times.I love the savings I receive at the cashier counter, when I enter my phone number to access My Walgreens account to receive savings whenever I go shopping there and leaving satisfied by unlocking sale prices and earning Walgreens Cash rewards every time I shop at my Walgreens store! Whenever I call my Walgreens store with questions, the employee answers in a very quick manner and is very helpful. Thank you for staffing your stores with professional, warm and friendly people!

It's 7:30 and the best workers ever. They always go out their way to make sure the item I want is in stock before it sells out. They are amazing. Best Walgreens on Tucson!

This locations specifically on Broadway has TERRIBLE customer service. Gentleman working the front has helped every customer other then me mind you I was the first person in the store. He called for help and nobody ever even tried to take one step to help out. As I’m typing this now 3 more have came into the store and all in the checkout as I’m still waiting for someone to help me grab some batteries. Mind you they’re locked so I absolutely need their help. CRAZZZY

When I walked in there was two cashiers at the front at the registers, each one was helping somebody check out. All I needed was one bar of soap so I go back where it's locked up behind glass and I pushed the button and wait. I waited for 5 minutes and I look towards the front and the two cashiers are just talking to each other. I ended up just leaving not buying anything. I understand putting products behind glass so it doesn't get stolen, but if you're going to do that then you need to be attentive when somebody pushes that button.

Staff was rude came in today on Friday, April 17 at 3:17 with my three-year-old son we had withdrawal money and had deposit money. We go to ask a manager to use the restroom and the manager was rude. Did not want to help us act like he was too busy didn’t even give us no eye contact you have these customer service and this is who you hire when I asked to use the bathroom because my three-year-old son had to go pee he’s like are you a pain customer As if I didn’t just leave the register and I have a receipt in my hand And couldn’t even help us to go to the bathroom waited five minutes by the bathroom before a staff had helped us to use the restroom for three-year-old This is crazy Walgreens you don’t have employees that actually like to do their jobs or at least happy or can at least look at someone in the eyes and give them the respect that they deserve. This is why we have a community how we do in our rates of violence is so high because people are so disrespectful. The lady that helped me open the door she was super nice so I even just opened the door for her. I wish this was not an issue. Make people here actually like to do the Not so lazy the audacity of him telling me only paying customers as I have a receipt in my hand
