I appreciate the good interpersonal skills demonstrated at this Walgreens. They are good communicators and don't shy away from spending the extra moment or two to with the customer. The pharmacy staff often goes "the extra mile" to advise me on over-the-counter medical products as well as to make sure I know how to properly use them.

Paul was professional and courteous and Dr. Aaron was phenomenal. He was not just friendly and professional, but took the extra time to ensure I got the best possible price for items that weren't covered by insurance. He exemplified excellent customer service and caring for his customer.

The staff try their best but there are too few of them and they are overworked. They are not set up to succeed. Walgreens Rx is for shareholders only not customers. Greedy and transparent, Walgreens. Fail. 5 months later. I’ve tried to call all day to follow up on a message from Walgreens. No luck. Last time I was on hold for just under 30 minutes after being told there was one called ahead of me. Right before the 30 minute mark I got the “We’re sorry” voice message and then got cut off by Walgreens. I wonder whether this is deliberate to avoid getting a bad score for exceeding permitted customer hold times. It’s happened a many times in the past. Genoa Pharmacy is so much better. I need to cut strings with Walgreens. No reason to continue to reward this company or its shareholders. They’ve clearly decided to prioritize SHAREHOLDER DIVIDENDS over their customers’ well being, health and safety.

You guys just let people walk in...take ... And walk out without paying ....while I stand there purchasing my items. You don't want to pay for a cop. Then you lose even more money with theft. I get it... Homeless issue but Walgreens doesn't care. Won't pay for security.

If I could give their pharmacy negative stars I would. They are rude, they speak over you, they do not listen and they are very prejudice of anyone taking any type of controlled substance. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
