The pharmacy service there is really bad. They are very rude. They don’t even tell you that someone will be with you and they act like you’re a burden to them when in reality if it wasn’t for people needing medication, they wouldn’t have a job …that whole team needs customer service training. I’m changing my medication to Walmart or CVC where the customer service is better.

On March 18th, I went to the pharmacy and was helped by a very nice, personable young woman. She was very helpful. On March 19th, I had to return to the pharmacy for more prescriptions and the young man working the pharmacy was the complete opposite. After waiting for a couple minutes, he came around the corner and just looked at me like he was annoyed with my presence. No greeting or anything. When there was an issue with my insurance he said he had to make a profile and let out a long sigh. Then upon the completion of my transaction, the way he just held the bag out without even looking at me didn't make me feel like my business was wanted there. Sorry I had the audacity to want to pick up my meds there. I'll go somewhere else from now on. The two stars are only for the young woman working the night of the 18th.

Never have I felt more profiled like I was going to steal merchandise. Yes I take my time looking at items and reading reviews before I purchase, had 2 associates stand by looking over and made the whole shopping experience so uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is the only walgreens opened until midnight and im unable to go to the one near my house, do not recommend. The cashier was a sweet lady and only one who smiled.

I was on hold for 14 minutes on my way for my appointment. They kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold. Got here and there was only two cars in the drive-through and nobody at the counter inside the store. I could hear at least four people back there working. Wondering why it took so long for them to answer the phone. Usually when I call to pick up the phone and actually hang up on me. So frustrating! However, Lilia at the front counter was very kind.

Walgreens has the worst customer service no matter in what state you’re at they are all the same. Why have a pharmacy and no employees to work it? Why have a photo area that clearly say pick up and no employees working it. Only have one cashiers with a line of 20 people. Walgreens is a joke why have a pick up sections if it’s going to take me just as long to come in a wait instead of doing an order online. Corp. need to do a better job managing their stores and lazy employees.
