Notice: OTC cards will not work properly at this particular Walgreens. They haven't for some time as much as I've tried. Even with plenty of money on the card to cover OTC items, they will ring up with some amount still owed. Today I tried one item at a time and got the same $11 amount left over that I owed, though each item had different prices! Now how can that be? So I canceled everything and went to the Walgreens across from St. Joseph's and the same items worked fine. $0 owed. This has happened to me and my wife many times trying to use our UHC card. Watch your receipts carefully. They've also tried double-charging me before.

You have to deal with some panhandleers and some occasional urine on the sidewalk..but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They may seem a little guarded but they deal with a lot of nonsense due to the homel

The Walgreens Pharmacy team may be knowledgeable and skilled in their work, but they show little customer service or emotional awareness. Today, 12/31/2025, I stopped by seeking a recommendation for over the counter allergy relief. I made eye contact with a female pharmacist, identified as L, yet she did not acknowledge me or say a single word. The lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. If customer interaction is not her strength, a laboratory setting without public contact would be more appropriate. CVS across the street provides a far better customer experience.

5/10/26 late evening clerk was so unprofessional, got upset because I didn’t want to have an intimate conversation with him and shouted at me after I payed and walked out. Very uncomfortable situation, Male with the right upper arm tattoo

I went to the wrong pharmacy but this is the one I have to go to for my family member’s prescription, instead of going down the car I just went through the drive through since it is 108 degree outside crazy... there was no one in line so it took literally 3 minutes to complete the transaction, gave the name the address and my credit card and boom the Rx is in my hands. Sometimes there are loiterers in this location but I guess it is too hot today or something and there isn’t any loiterers.
