I am highly upset with Walgreens, I have ordered my prints from them for decades. I will no longer be shopping with them going forward. Haylie from the photo department truly lost Walgreens a loyalty customer. She was unprofessional, poor work ethic and not helpful at all. I took my photos back that came with bubbles in them, her first response was “all you have to do is take it apart and fix it” after explaining that this isn’t how it should look she then said “it’s probably just the end of the roll, the paper curls” I explained nicely that I have ordered from a Walgreens near by and they didn’t come bubbled, she rolled her eyes sighed and said “I have worked that location they don’t do anything different than what we do.” I realized she wanted to argue instead of fixing the photo problem so I said I will take my business elsewhere. I hope she isn’t working behind the counter when someone who truly needs help, they will never receive it. Walgreens do better, hire appropriately, stop lowering your standards to fill numbers for staffing. If you continue to have employees like this standing by your brand, you will continue to lose business. I hope this addressed.

It's a typical Walgreens and it has what you would expect to have with health products as well as beauty products. For some products they don't have the smaller sizes and I also noticed for some products they are a bit pricey. However it was convenient to stop by and get what I needed. Checkout was quick and easy. There is accessible parking and sidewalk.

I am so glad that this Walgreens was open so late on Christmas Eve and featured hair products that I needed and had not packed in my suitcase. The clerk named Vainey was extremely helpful and upbeat! I appreciate Walgreens being so customer friendly!!

Claire in the photo department at this Location was SO helpful and patient with us placing our order and being undecissive about the the final product. She is an excellent employee and her customer service is absolutely outstanding!

Walgreens photo Kiosko has a really good service, Mary the girl attends the Kiosko is very good, professional, patient, friendly and kind. Very recommended. Walgreens in Ina and Thornidale. photos took them at the place are great!
