I went back 3 times to pick up prescriptions. Still the prescriptions weren't filled. The only one they had ready was the most expensive one which cost $222 to fill. How ironic. So, tomorrow I will return for the 4th time in 3 days. Several other Sr Citizens were there complaining they got a text saying their prescriptions were filled and ready for pickup but the pharmacy tec was saying they didn't have the pills and they would have to go to another Walgreens Pharmacy or come back after their drugs arrived. Management needs to step up and correct the automated texting system and the inventory of the pharmacy so they give together so people aren't waisting trips. I changed from another Walgreens on Valencia to this one on Golf Links thinking it was just one poorly managed location. Now I find it seems to be a little larger problem. At my home Walgreens pharmacy in Portage, Wisconsin we never have this problem and they are on the spot. Looks likes AZ doesnt have enough pharmacy techs to me to do the work in the amount of time corporate allows them to fill these prescriptions. Thank you Portage WI Walgreens. No impressed so far with AZ Walgreens.

I was very disappointed. I was in the drive through for over 10 minutes. There was at least 5 of them back there, trying to find a prescription or something one of them could have helped me. I counted how many people were there be in the pharmacy and you have 7 people on staff and I had to sit there, gas is expensive. I had to finally come in and I was very unhappy, I had to do that very inconvenient. Once I did go, it took the girl only 30 seconds to find everything I needed and she apologized. I think they need to be a little bit more organized customers should come first no matter what. So maybe they should just stay in their own spot unless they have nobody, then they can help out. Customers come first, if it wasn't for customers, you wouldn't be in business, have a good day

(9/12/2025 1:06 p.m.) Found everything I needed for a great price. I wish they had more employees on staff though because there was a lot of traffic walking through the door. I did see something odd. I paid in cash (in twenties) for my $107.20 total. After that the cashier scanned my cash bills in the verifier and handed me my change from the till BUT she kept the bundle of cash on the counter and not put it in the till. I saw her arm go under the counter swiftly but I couldn't tell if she had the cash in her hand from the counter top or not. Are cashiers suppose to do that? Never seen that before! I'll have to trust the security here has their eyes open. I also needed help carrying bags out to my cart since carts are not allowed outside. Special thanks to Vikki from cosmetics for helping me carry all those bags to my trunk. Thank you Vikki!😁👍

A lady who works in this store (her picture is below) stopped me from sending money to Syria through Western Union. I have already sent money three times before without any issue, but this time she told me that because I am from Syria, I am not allowed to send money.

I have shopped at Walgreens and use the pharmacy for many years. They have great rewards and loyalty points. They always have great sales and the pharmacy always has what I need and they are very efficient and knowledgeable and customer service oriented so I would give Walgreens a 10 out of 10.
