This is for Heather that works in the pharmacy. I have had almost all bad experiences at drugstore pharmacies. They literally are lazy and are unfriendly and just rude and couldn't careless. I came to this pharmacy to fill a prescription and met Heather. The last 3 times I have called or even came into this wallgreens pharmacy she is super helpful and goes out of her way to help. Im truly amazed at her kindness and patience. Thank you so much Heather!

There pharmacy is god awful they will just hang up on you and won’t give you any information if you correct them I’m 8 months pregnant with twins went all day being told they would have my insulin ready and had to call half way through they day to check since I had no update she said ya we don’t have it and I said you system said you did he said well to bad he can’t fix it and hung up lol I had to call back 5 times because he kept just picking up and hanging up finally got ahold of the one on river and first at least she was nice the dude laughed at me and said he wouldn’t be giving me his name like are you for real I’m so done there is always a problem at this pharmacy

This busy Walgreens location is at the end of a strip mall. If you are coming from east Sunrise Dr, be prepared to do U-turn at Swan, and then take the driveway in immediately on your right. It is a nice area, so the location reflects that -- clean and organized. The drive-through, however, gets busy -- and, I mean really busy. Initially, there is also no way to get out of the drive-through line, if you have entered it. Then, once you get a chance, you practically already at the window anyway. The staff is super nice and polite, professional.

Very disrespectful and condescending employees I’ve worked in customer service before and have never treated anyone like they do here. One instance a Younger woman had to go to photos and was very rude when I said I got an email that they were ready for pick up and continued to state they weren’t ready even though they were right behind her. If you hate your job that much find a new job

Most people will only leave a review if they are focusing on the negative. I can say my visit was anything but negative. Ryan and Victoria are such caring and hardworking staff. Not only did they go above beyond for me to make sure I could start an antibiotic on time, they did so while they were super busy and handled a line of patients who were entitled at best. They showed compassion and a love for the job that is lost in most retail pharmacies. Thank you Ryan and Victoria at Swan and Sunrise.
