My cashier was super nice and energetic, I really liked her positive energy. She also helped me save some money by signing up for the rewards program which was super amazing. I also loved how in theme she was with the month with all her red, very trendy. She definitely deserves a raise 😁

I've been getting this one prescription at this store for over 3 years. The staff members that answer the phones do not want to be bothered by the questions the customers have. I had to call this Walgreens on Valencia and Cardinal on Tuesday Feb 3, 2026 to find out why my insurance declined it. I had been on hold for 45 minutes before someone answered the phone. When I asked her if she could make sure they put it through for a 90 day supply, she told me that she didn't have that information and I had to call my insurance. I called my insurance and they said the reason why they declined it was, because Walgreens pharmacy put it through as a 30 supply and not a 90 day supply. I decided to call the store manager who is Wade and told him the bad experience I had with the pharmacy tech and he told me he would relay the message to the pharmacy manager at noon. I waited and never got a call from the pharmacy manager named Steven. I called today Feb 5, 2026 and come to find out that the store manager named Wade never gave my message to the pharmacy manager named Steven. I explained to Steven what had happened and he said that the pharmacy techs can look up why the insurance declined the prescription. It is very disappointing and frustrating how this was handled from the beginning. If that pharmacy tech could have taken the time to look and see why the Rx was denied/declined, all this frustration would have been avoided, but because she did not want to be bothered, she just passed the buck.

This Walgreens store #05532 at 2929 W. Valencia Road Tucson, AZ 85746 is excellent in stocking and good expiration dates. The store is clean with wide aisles, the rotation of product is amazing, and fresh compared to CVS, that I get some retail scripts at. Great employees that help the customers.

I use this Walgreens pharmacy and it use to be great but not anymore.. The drive thru is super slow and so is the inside. You'll wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru and 15 in store, crazy!!The pharmacy staff can be a bit rude. I'm not really sure what happen but the pharmacy customer service is lacking.
