The people working at this Walgreens at Jessica & Broadway are very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and know what to do to make you happy. I today had assistance with beverages, photos, and the check-out. And, they were busy at the time, yet helped me with everything. This is the only Walgreens I go to. I spend over $300 a month here. Always find what I need.

The pharmacists themselves are generally friendly and helpful when you need them, but not the rest of the pharmacy staff. They generally seem to be in a pissy mood and just trying to churn people through their machine. It would be nice to feel like a human being when interacting with other human beings.

Choose a different pharmacy for your prescriptions! Today 1/21/26 1pm the woman answering the phone at the pharmacy had a terrible passive aggressive attitude and told me I was lying about having a prescription in the online portal. The portal said "Action needed, please call" as you can see below. I did and was treated like I was a drug-seeking addict in a condescending Valley-Girl voice. "Well I don't see a prescription so...like...you are wrong and you can call your doctor about it". Thanks, I never thought of that.

The technician who assisted me at the drive-thru came across as careless and indifferent. She was not polite and had a noticeably negative attitude throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced similar behavior from other pharmacy staff in the past. Customer service in this area seems to be lacking.

I didn't know your staff could pick and chose who they would like to help. I was told they could helped me to which after I told them why I was there and she proceeds to tell me she's going to have the other cashier help me because she had to go find someone to see if they were still there. Guess I inconvenience her at her JOB.
