The pharmacist Clay, at the Silverbell and St. Mary's Rd Store, provided exceptional customer service. I initially called to check on a delay with my son's prescription, and he took the time to clearly explain the situation with kindness, patience, and professionalism. He even called later to let me know the medication was ready, which I truly appreciated. What stands out most is that this was not a one-time experience. Every interaction I've had with Clay has been positive. He is consistently friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Employees like Clay make a huge difference and are a big reason I continue to use this Walgreens. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

I forgot a prescription while traveling and this phenomenal team dropped what they were doing to make sure I was healthy. They went above and beyond to call my pharmacy back home to transfer over my prescription and helped me fill just the right quantity so I did not have to pay a crazy amount of money. I cannot say enough positive things about this fantastic pharmacy team!

Very convenient location and a nice, standard Walgreens experience. I did wait for some time at the pharmacy pick-up...even though there were 5 folks working in the pharmacy dept, only one was helping customers. 12-28 update - submitted an online photo calendar order to surprise my wife for a gift after work. While the website processed it and gave me an estimated time to pick it up, the store then called me to say that they couldn't do those type of calendars, they had no ETA on when their system would be be back, and worst of all, the lady who called me didn't answer all of my questions and was talking to someone else at the same time at the same time she called me. They didn't offer to send the album to another Walgreens location for processing, either. It's like they researched how to give the worst possible customer service, and then did exactly that. Extremely disappointing.

Just a FYI: OTC cards will work OK at this store (as opposed to the store on Grant and Silverbell). But, note they are about $1 higher in price for most items than other Walgreens. Also, the senior discount of 20% on first Tuesday is kind of bogus since it only applies to full price items and most items have some small discount already applied so they don't honor it.

The Walgreens at Silverbell and St.Marys is great! Good service, clean and fast pharmacy. Susie the casier was very friendly and patient with a disgruntled customer.
