This is one of the more depressing places you can go in Ballard. They're chronically understaffed and prescriptions are seldom ready on time. I'm sitting here in the pharmacy watching multiple customers leave in disgust after being told their meds aren't ready. Some quotes: "This is urgent, I was told on Friday it would be ready." "This is my life every month." But hey, at least the shelves are half empty and the parking lot is littered with trash. Switching to CVS...

This might be the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. After waiting over an hr for urgent medication in drive up line i went back as soon as they opened at 8. Waited 35 min at window before an attendant talked to me or recognized existence. Called the manager while in. Car. Finally when i got help for medication i needed urgently they said they still hadnt filled even though it was listed as being filled in morning the day before. I had to leave for work went back waited another hour and half in window line yo get a medication needed days before. DO NOT SELECT THIS PHARMACY. Store management is bad, pharmacy is understaffed, walgreens on their last leg. Use amazon or capsule - this was a NIGHTMARE and Walgreens management is NEGLIGENT with health.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. It’s never less than 30 mins of waiting on anything and typically the prescriptions are not available- even when you tell them it is urgent or an emergency. I have used it for 4 years and it has steadily declined. I feel bad for the employees (new ones almost every time I go in) but this is an absolute nightmare. Walgreens please figure it out!!!

This is the rudest, most inefficient, frustrating, unprofessional pharmacies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! My mom had 7 prescriptions to be filled prior to her total knee surgery and from the moment we took her prescriptions in until the week later, every single dealing with them has been horrible! First of all, we had to wait forever every time, and they didn’t bother to tell her that none of her prescriptions were being covered under her Kaiser plan. She’s been going there for years and now every time we go in they’re asking her for her insurance card over and over again. Not only were they rude and dismissive to my face but when I walked around the corner to pick up some other over-the-counter medication she needed they proceeded to talk about me behind my back to each other. I will never do business with another Walgreens again!

This Walgreens is horrible! The pharmacy is always understaffed, the drive thru is always backed up, there’s always a line inside the store, and the phone is ringing constantly. There is an issue every. single. time. I go to pick up my medications. Mostly due to insufficient stock or it’s been lost in the queue! I want to believe that the pharmacy staff try to do their best, but the incompetence behind the counter is appalling! I would give this zero stars if that were an option! Zero customer service! Whatever you do: DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS!!
