SAFETY ALERT BE WARNED: Brace yourselves for hostility, drama, and false accusations when running basic errands here. I want to add my voice to concerns already raised by other customers regarding the conduct of a supervisor currently working at this Walgreens. Since her arrival, the atmosphere in the store has noticeably changed, particularly for customers of color Even though she is a woman of color herself. She herself is physically small as a child, and definitely of "spicy" color. I have personally witnessed and experienced behavior that appears discriminatory and unprofessional in nature, including hostile interactions, unwarranted scrutiny, and a consistently aggressive tone toward certain customers while others are treated normally. This pattern of behavior has made shopping at this location uncomfortable and, at times, distressing. In addition to this, I have directly observed the supervisor making false statements about customers in front of others, including mischaracterizing situations and speaking inaccurately about individuals while they were present. In one incident, she loudly made untrue claims about me to another customer, seemingly in an attempt to provoke a reaction or escalate the situation. I remained calm, did not engage, and made a conscious effort to de-escalate, despite the behavior being confrontational and inappropriate. This pattern of misrepresentation and provocation is deeply concerning, particularly when coming from someone in a supervisory role. It creates an unsafe and hostile environment not only for customers, but also for vulnerable individuals, including those with disabilities, who should never be placed in the middle of unnecessary conflict. What is most troubling is that these incidents do not appear isolated. Multiple community members have expressed similar concerns, suggesting an ongoing issue rather than a misunderstanding. This raises serious questions about oversight, accountability, and whether prior complaints have been adequately addressed. This store serves a diverse neighborhood, and respectful, equitable treatment of all customers is not optional — it is essential. I urge Walgreens corporate leadership to take these reports seriously, conduct a thorough investigation, and take appropriate corrective action to ensure this location is safe and welcoming for everyone. Customers should not have to brace themselves for hostility or false accusations when running basic errands.

I love those Walgreens. At the time of this review it shows up as a 2-point something star from other people, however all my experiences here have been positive. Just yesterday I encountered one of the most helpful counter cashiers I've ever seen at a store. I was picking up a specific snack and as I was paying in addition to all the other help he gave walking in he indicated that the brand I was buying had an off the book sale close out which save me some money I would have spent anyway eventually.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. I have been coming there for quite sometime now, my last couple of visits have been very disappointing. This location is a 2 star location because of their management. I think the manger name was Jennifer . This last visit she was completely rude to a customer and her on own cashier! Corporate needs to intervene!ASAP! This is not the first time I have notice this behavior. The other staff most of the time are very helpful if I have a question. Walgreens needs to do better! People will not spend their money where customer service is very bad!

I just want to say thank you for every employee at this Walgreens for trying their best to help us out on our needs. They are pretty busy and you can see how they are at max speed to serve us. I totally agree they need more help and we can help out by being patients and appreciate their work.. there is a Hispanic lady that she is wonderful and very helpful always very nice just running up and down helping customers and dealing with people that go in to shoplift.. us we can help out as a community to understand that they are doing their best to help us out and if sometimes they can’t help us out is because of how busy they get also let’s remember that they have rules to follow as well that we don’t want to accept .

Walgreens always has what I need and the store is clean and organized. The pharmacy staff is helpful and quick and the front store employees are friendly. I like how easy it is to pick up prescriptions and grab essentials all in one stop. Great service every time.
