Unable to get a hold of a staff member who physically works at this location. Calling the phone number posted sends you through a robo call phone tree that will eventually get you to an out of state/country call center, and any attempts to get the call center employee to route you to a staff member in store sends you back to the robo call phone tree. Absolutely terrible customer service in that regard. The only saving grace of this Walgreens is the lovely employees who offer the best customer service they can, considering their enormous workload. Stay away from Walgreens as a company. They do not care about their customers.

I’m not posting about the pharmacy necessarily . I get my dog’s medication from here and they always call me to tell me when it’s ready for pickup and I’ve never had a bad experience . I come here all of the time and is it the best Walgreens of all time as far as products etc? No. I’m mostly leaving a review because every single time I’ve come to the store, which is a lot, the workers are always so cheerful. They say hello and goodbye, they strike up a conversation, and they act like they genuinely want to be there. I feel like retail/service jobs are so hard these days. They probably don’t pay well and usually result in grumpy employees . Not at this Walgreens. Everyone is always so lovely and I wanted to specifically acknowledge that!

They kept the light on for me I think people are too critical of this lovely little gem. So there I was on a dark and gloomy night just roasting up a fix of my favorite D.O.C. when I realized I never paid my cell phone bill so I jumped on line and looked for a Walgreens I could get too so I could put money in my Chime account (dope dealers need a way to pay their bills also) nothing available on the bus line, so bicycle it was and the closest one I could reach in time was going to leave me 5 minutes to spare well wouldn't you know I ran into some trouble on the way there so I arrived one minute before closing what do you know lights were still on and the cashier gladly helped me after leaving there jumped online to pay my cricket bill what do you know they were down for the next two hours making it impossible to pay my bill before the due date anyway. Oh well the Walgreens was cool

The shift lead was definitely late to open the store, but the workers in general are very kind. I'm a wheelchair user so I dont get a lot of kindness from folks. Ive never used the pharmacy so I cant attest to any of that, but I really commend the guy who sat with me under the awning to get me out of the rain while we both waited for the shift lead. He's pretty cool for that in my mind.

I don’t know why Walgreens as a brand has allowed the store to fall into such disarray. I live nearby, it is always woefully understaffed with one overworked employee who can’t get to everything, most of the shelves empty, many things out of stock, it’s a mess. The few things that are stocked are constantly on lockdown. Horrible place!! This is a big city, we deserve to be able to shop local.
