The moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a heart warming hello from Kat. She’s has such a beautiful spirit and had no idea what type of day I was having. Thank you so much for your compassion and kindness Sis. Keep up the good work God loves you♥️

Tishuna was very rude and kept talking down to me. She would also keep trying to talk over me and her attitude was appalling. Pharmacy is dirty and terrible wait times along with rude staff always makes experiences here unbearable. I will not be coming back. Would recommend to people I had a vendetta against. 0/5 stars if that was an option. Tishuna is a customer serviced liability for this store.

Inside the store is usually ok. However, they seem to refuse to answer the phone, put you on indefinite hold, or hang up on you. I've been trying to call now four days in a row and my dad tried yesterday...still cannot get a pharmacist to help me. Inexcusable, but obviously management doesn't care as this has now been a long term problem that actually keeps getting worse. Some people are unable to come into the store due to work schedules, transportation, disability, illness, older age, etc. This should be obvious to someone in the medical field; apparently not Walgreens West Grey. I'm finally considering changing pharmacy locations as this has gotten ridiculous. Management: pay attention. Have employees actually answer phone calls.

I have lived in the area for over 10yrs & seen many changes. One thing that's been the same is the courteous pharmacy staff. Since I've been there so much, a few of the staff know me by name. Tishauna W. is one of the most professional people behind that counter. No matter how busy it gets, she handles all of my scripts with ease; she spots errors & will contact my Dr's office or insurance company without complaint, and she is just always on top of things. If she's having a bad day, I'd never know it. She remembers our conversations & always makes sure that my scripts are ready ASAP. I'm not sure what her official title is, but I hope she is compensated for the above & beyond service she always provides.

This location does a poor job at maintaining inventory. Almost every time I go they are out of something including meds. Other locations are much better. I only go to this location as it is near my home. I’ve frequently will order from the Westheimer location as they they maintain inventory. Fewer hassles.
