As a Walgreens customer for over 35 years, I have seen the brand evolve while maintaining a steadfast commitment to the community. My loyalty is rooted in the excellence I receive at my home store on Westheimer, but today’s experience at this location reinforced why I choose this brand nationwide—from New York to New Mexico to Washington. ​I was specifically impressed by Mr. Marquis. Though he is new to this store as an Assistant Manager, he displayed the same high-level 'servant leadership' and patience I’ve come to expect from veteran associates who have been with the company for decades. It is rare to see such genuine passion for the customer experience. He didn't just provide service; he provided a sense of community. He is a shining example of the brand’s future, and I am grateful for his exceptional assistance today."

At approximately 4:30 PM on Sunday, I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager on duty. Her demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive, and she demonstrated a clear lack of basic customer service skills. I attempted to make two $500 deposits through Current, a transaction I have completed many times at this Walgreens location as well as others without any issue. The manager stated that the transaction was “not possible,” without providing a clear explanation or attempting to offer an alternative solution. What made the situation worse was her attitude. Rather than communicating professionally or respectfully, she was unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. As a customer, I expect clear communication and courteous treatment, even if a transaction cannot be completed. This experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression. I strongly believe the manager would benefit from additional customer service training, as her behavior does not reflect the level of professionalism I associate with Walgreens.

Just like the other reviews have shown at approximately 1:30 PM on a Sunday today the manager on duty seemed extremely unprofessional was on the phone while checking me out the entire time and when I asked for a bathroom code after purchasing everything, she said oh they’re closed when there was no sign posted on the bathroom indicating that they were in fact closed I have a medical condition in this behavior at a place that is essentially a medical facility is unacceptable and there was no reason other than what I can think of either race or gender that seem to be the factor in denying the access to the restroom because it wasn’t due to any security or any other reason as the employee stated herself that she uses the restroom during her shift. As other reviews have stated, maybe you need another manager and this one isn’t it?

"opne 24hrs" but never willing to use the registers at night? i was a cashier for years i know damn well yalls registers arent "down" as often as you claim. sounds like a lazy excuse to give poor customer service. why would yall even let someone walk in and shop around without telling them that the registers are down? employees are also typically extrememly rude, and one of them seems to smell terrible of BO/ A locker room every time i see them. you guys need better standards for customer satisfaction.

The pharmacist was super helpful in explaining facts about some new medication. I just moved here and the staff was VERY patient and cooperative in explaining where they had other locations a d medication costs. This pharmacy as a medication fulfillment center, was able to expedite a (next day) partial re-fill for a "rare" type medication I take. From A-Z this Walgreens went the "EXTRA MILE" .... Thank You
