The pharmacy staff is always so helpful and kind. Even though they are so busy, they take live calls, unlike CVS, and they take their time to help with a positive attitude. Sometimes my prescriptions have to be ordered and not in stock, but they try to get them quickly and I get informed through the app and an automated call. The staff is always kind in person, whether in store or the drive thru.

This Walgreens never has anything in stock. New prescriptions take several days (even refills of existing). Latest was antibiotic for my child. Wasn't filled for four days. Staff is very rude when asking to get any item unlocked from shelves too. Pick a different location.

Walgreens # 09696 2605 W. Holcome. Overall excellent service and shopping experience today 3/12/26 @8:40 am Sales associate " Isabella " greeted me once I entered. Asked if help was needed and directed me to right place for items. She was pleasant, professional, and timely. Thank you for your consideration,

The big giant guy with the one earing on his ear at the register was cursing up a storm and complaining how the Walgreens management wasn't going to work the hell out of him and stopped everyone who was in line from continuing purchasing because he was throwing a big cry baby fit.. and then had some under breath remarks about us customers not appreciating his nasty behavior. The reason why I gave it a 3 star because the young gentleman came and assisted and change the mood with his professional demeanor...

The experience I had today with this pharmacy was abhorrent. I arrived at 7:00 on the dot to pick up a daily medication. Understanding that the pharmacy closes at 7pm, I called pre-emptively at 6:55pm to let them know I’d be getting there right at 7. They already knew the medication was ready to go and all I had to do was pick it up. The pharmacist that answered the phone was dismissive and cold, indicating abrasively that they will close right at 7pm and they would not wait more than one second for me to pull through the drive through. I arrived on the dot to the window being closed on my face. Where is the compassion and care for patients? The complete intransigence and inflexibility to wait a mere few seconds to hand a necessary, daily prescription to a patient is reprehensable. The reason I was cutting it close to 7, you may ask? I’m a medical provider and stayed extra late to make sure my last patient’s needs and questions were all addressed… even though I’m done at 5pm. I go the extra mile for my patients, it’s so discouraging to know that Walgreens does not. Policy and rules are one thing, but the manner in which it was handled and the lackadaisical attitude that the pharmacist had, was unprofessional at best, but uncompassionate at worst.
