This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a Walgreens girl all my life, but that’s changed because of this location. I’ll be giving CVS a real try now because this Walgreens is terrible. The pharmacy hangs up on me every time I call, and no one can ever help me with my photos. When I actually do manage to get my prescriptions filled here, it takes DAYS (sometimes a week or more). The service is absolutely despicable, and I hope they close this location soon. It’s a waste of money and space.

Word of advice: if you need an immediate or emergency refill, this is not the pharmacy to rely on. Prescriptions can be sent in on a Sunday or Monday and remain in “received” status for weeks unless you are able to get someone on the phone to manually push them through, which is a challenge on its own. When you call, you may be left on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, and once someone finally answers, it often feels like they are only then becoming aware of the prescription. Many people depend on daily medication, and delays like this can put their health at risk. I understand this is a very busy pharmacy and the lines are consistently long, but this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, whether it’s with staffing or the system itself. Another important note, I am not able to always physically come to the pharmacy, so I often have to rely on delivery. Because of the delays in processing refills, they end up shipping medications separately at different times and charging shipping for each one, instead of preparing them together and sending them in a single shipment.

I am very pleased to have been helped by Ms. Jayleen. She was very pleasant during my visit and assisted me in finding the items that I needed. Very excellent customer service!

This one star review that really should be a 0, is specifically for Rosemary at the Kirby/OST location. I would hope that management would work with her on her communication style and her attitude. To be condescending and rude when it comes down to other's health is unprofessional. Decided to switch my pharmacy to somewhere with better customer care and substantially better reviews.
