Out of all the Walgreens locations near 77096, this is the best one. I have had several consistently positive experiences here, but one visit truly stood out. My 2-year-old son had his first asthma attack, and I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. I was able to get a prescription for inhalers from his doctor overnight, but timing was critical. The team at this location stepped in immediately. Every employee I interacted with was professional and caring, but I want to especially recognize Sir Nicholas. He acted quickly to help expedite the prescription and understood the urgency of the situation. Instead of making me wait for insurance approval, he took the extra step to find a discount so I could get the medication right away. That level of attention, empathy, and problem-solving made a stressful situation much more manageable. I truly appreciate the support and dedication from this team. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate service.

The worst drug store I have been to. We had the urgent care where my wife was treated call in a prescription to the nearest Walgreens. When we arrived at Walgreens my wife was checked in their computer and was told it was not ready and they would get it ready in a few minutes. They kept us waiting for about an hour and then told us that they never received the prescription. We had to leave Houston the next morning to go home. Now the urgent care clinic was closed. So we called urgent care in the morning to verify if the prescription was sent to the Walgreens in question. They said it was and it was a Walgreens they use regularly. We told them we were leaving Houston and they offered to send the prescription to a drug store near our home. It was at our local drug store when we arrived home. Not the first time I have had problems with Walgreens but it will be the last time.

If I could give a negative minus 5 stars review would be more appropriate. My husband was released from a major hospital today. His medication was requested electronically to 2 different Walgreens location and they claim they dont have it. In this day and age they ask for a fax. Wow !! This has never happened to me at my Krogers Pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and use Krogers Pharmacy NOT Walgreens!!!!

Such shame to have 1.8 google review score. This pharmacy should be shut down and let the pharm staff go as they don’t cherish the job opportunities. Why did my doctor have to be on phone holding for over 30 minutes before someone answered the call, at 11PM?! Busy for what?! Such customer service is not acceptable! They only have one pharmacist after hour on duty who was not proficient in English - did not put instruction onto medication bottle, wrong telephone order to dose my daughter falsefully, and didn’t provide any measuring cup / syringes for me to properly give liquid medications. My doctor said that he had to repeat multiple times for him to understand the order but still wrong ! Please be aware of this pharmacy is putting your and your family’s safety at risk. I am hoping corporate investigate the competency of this pharmacy staff! 12/16/2025 @ 11pm. We relied on 24/7 help but should not be receiving such care!

I went to the pharmacy last night and the lady there attending was extremely rude. My son had a prescription he needed for that night since we were in urgent care since 3 pm. Urgent care today confirmed that my prescription was sent at 7 and we left urgent care at 8:30 and went to eat and go to the location at 10 pm. The lady was very rude about not having my prescription nor any notification about it. I’m sure she was being dishonest since she was giving me an attitude the whole time I was there. Walgreens needs to look into this since there are a lot of reviews of the pharmacy having issues with a certain staff member. I understand the convenience store but the pharmacy is dealing with people’s medications and they have to be held accountable due to the nature of the visit and the staff members attitude
