Deplorable customer service. Was in line at counter , had spoken to technician less than 5 minutes. Requested to speak with Pharmacist who was polite and very helpful with explanation of medicine. As I am about to purchase product, the technician requested TDL. I explained it was in car and would go and get it. He told me he could not wait and I would have to return after pharmacy re-opened. I again stated it would take just a minute as my car was parked in the 1st slot at the door. He again re-fused and the lady who had come to lock the cage(Manager/Austin Mgr ????) never said a word. I think this could have been handled differently. I was flat out turned away. Another customer at CVS down the street explained b/c I was trying to buy ClaritinD there is a State protocol. I was not aware of this and no one at this Walgreens (43rd) explained this. It would have helped but my point is the poor customer service. I intend to collaborate further with Walgreens about this lack of customer service....

This Walgreens pharmacy is unreliable, disorganized, and shockingly rude. Medications are constantly on back order, prescriptions take forever to fill, and the staff acts like helping customers is an inconvenience. When you’re dealing with something as important as medication, excuses and attitude are not acceptable. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and dismissive treatment make this one of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Clean location, friendly staff. Download app for instant savings. They have a good selection of health and beauty aids, greeting cards, seasonal items, food/drink and of course medicine and medical supplies.

I don't understand why this Walgreens and others consistently get negative reviews. If you have a problem getting a prescription filled, usually the problem is with the insurance company - not the pharmacy. This Walgreens is very clean with good merchandise presentation and minimal out of stocks. The store is well staffed with friendly associates. Walgreens everyday prices are high; but they run good weekly ads with substantial savings on hundreds of items.

Overall bad customer service at the pharmacy. Every time I've gone, it seems like the staff is on autopilot counting the minutes until they can leave. Pharmacy staff frequently appear annoyed to answer any questions.
