The staff worked incredibly slowly—I waited for an hour and a half (and there wasn't a single other person waiting around me). The female employee didn't even offer a proper greeting and was extremely unfriendly; when I tried to use a GoodRx coupon provided by my doctor, she coldly informed me that it wasn't accepted. This was the worst Walgreens I have ever visited. I will never go there again.

Great, personable service. They helped me with insurance issues, transferring meds from a different pharmacy, and were very knowledgeable/helpful throughout the process. I recommend going into the pharmacy over calling on the phone since it is a busy location.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I was placed on hold three separate times, each lasting over 15 minutes, only to be hung up on every time. The staff repeatedly picked up the call, said nothing, and immediately put me back on hold, and then disconnected the call altogether. You can hear them pick up the call, noise in the back ground then just hanging up. I called back three more times and eventually spoke with the shift lead, who apologized and attempted to transfer me to the pharmacy. However, the call was dropped again. On my seventh attempt, someone in the pharmacy finally answered. After finally getting my prescription info to them to fill, I asked to speak with the lead pharmacist. I was once again placed on hold. Again, multiple times the call was picked up without a single word, and then eventually hung up on repeatedly. After numerous calls and wasted time, I still haven’t been able to speak with the lead pharmacist. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and communication within the pharmacy staff.

Ashley was very rude. I asked her how to do i get my barcode for a return on the app. She raised her voice and told me not to be rude. I was not being rude nor did I raise my voice. She said every body loves me here that I was the problem not her. Walgreens should get more friendly faces. She clearly hates her job, for her to be rude to customers.

I have never been treated so poorly as I have by the pharmacist, Cyprian, in my life. Walgreens has lost my business. Multiple times this pharmacist has been rude and condescending by cancelling my prescriptions and arguing back and forth with no explanations. Cyprian had decided today to cancel my script sent by my Houston Dr that he had previously filled for 2 years stating that I don’t live in the area even though I do! Would not let me change it or refill it. Will be filing complaints with corporate. Having a pharmacist that does not care about customer service or filling scripts that a customer needs is unacceptable. He is not a doctor! I have previously been shorted meds by him and after pushing back been able to get my full script eventually. Shame on Walgreens and shame on him! If you can please avoid this location bc it will only cause more problems.
