I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the pharmacy department. I underwent major surgery on June 8, 2026, and was prescribed pain medication by my doctor. Due to my condition and severe pain, my husband went to pick up the prescription on my behalf. The pharmacy staff refused to release the medication, As a result, despite having difficulty walking and recovering from surgery, I was forced to go to the pharmacy in person. When I arrived, the head pharmacist explained that my information was not in their system and that they could not fill the prescription . Also, that I had previously been prescribed the same medication by a different doctor in 2025. and know it was prescribed by another doctor.. My doctor's office repeatedly attempted to contact the pharmacy to provide the necessary information. Unfortunately, the pharmacy staff failed to answer the phone despite it continuously ringing. The lack of communication, compassion, and urgency shown toward a patient is unacceptable

I was waiting for pharmacy to open at 2 pm I ask if I could use the restroom and the girl said the restrooms are not working. So I ask how you go to the restroom? She replied we go to the store. So you expect me to believe Walgreens has their employees go else where to use the restroom. Make it make sense. For my next refill I’ll be moving to a different location or other pharmacy.

I have never seen that they leave a 2inch white border on you pictures when you order a 4x4 picture I mean if that what your asking and paying is common sense I have never had to asked them personally to cut them but apparently for Gloria you have to let her know so make sure yall ask them before yall leave the store

WORST customer service at the pharmacy area VERY VERY RUDE. SHE WAS NO HELP through the phone! she had a BIG ATTITUDE

I went to Walgreens today and someone helped me at 10:07 am. I asked her a question and she answered what she said, "Oh, that's all." Surprise, she was also a cashier, and her name doesn't appear on my receipt. She's a rude person, that's why I haven't been back there for almost a year. Because they're rude, I won't be back. Pay attention to who owns that store. It's disappointing.
