Herrera, Hi, I visited your location today at about 10:30 to pick up a photo order. Upon arrival I saw a young lady and I asked for directions and politely thanked her for her help. I proceed to go in the line and wait to be serviced; while finishing up business before my sons homecoming game. So, naturally distracted I walk up and say photo pick up please and Yousef responds, I said how you doing, kind of sternly. It takes me back but I don’t react because I’m just stunned and I reply, hi! Then, he asked me what’s my order and proceeds to handle the transaction as if I am one of his friends with no sense of professionalism or care for the service he was providing. He then tells me, we out of the paper so you can wait or go put it in somewhere else? At this point I’m visibly annoyed and starts to let him know I am not the employ here I do not know my options he should be explaining them to me vs. wait to how ever long or go else where when I have already wait forty minutes and no one from the store called me to say we are out of the paper you order, here are your options. It’s unacceptable and very unsettling experience at 10:30am. He then proceeds to argue with me at the registers and interrupt as the manager on duty steps in. What I have experience this morning I have never experienced no where and I’m surprised at how common the customer service has become. I will be taking this review to google and corporate as well because someone will understand what it feels like to pay your money to be humiliated, disrespected and mishandled. I’m highly upset and do look forward to your call or someone from corporates all. As I stand here and still pay 40.00 for prints in your store. Then, to add insult to injury as I stand here, the manager is asking for assistance with a code and he replies with, I refuse to touch that order with no regards to me standing right here and waste more of my time. Yeah, I’ll definitely go to corporate with this one I just wanted to give you the full scope of my concerns first hand. I would have walked out and let it be, but the constant passive aggression from yousef even after the incident as I waited on my prints.

The closest Walgreens to my work. My only complaint is that they open at 8 am and they used to open earlier. I used to be able to stop before work but now not so much. Easy access to store both ways on Shepherd and Durham.

They never send a notification your pictures are ready and then if you call to check before driving up there they never answer the phone. The only helpful person is the guy i’ve spoken to in the photo services.

Do not use this store for photo service. Unreliable service. Carla was the name of employee we worked with - after two trips to the store. The order was not ready when promised on first account; on second trip, the store did not have supplies necessary to meet our order. Unreliable and terribly disappointing. I will not use this service again. Walgreens - you can do better.

Excellent visit to the pharmacy. It will be my new home as a result of the staff that greatly exceeded expectations. My insurance did not cover the medicine I needed, so the staff assisted me in locating Walgreens website medical discounts. They were friendly, helpful, and sensitive
