I had such a great experience at Walgreens thanks to Isabella! She was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me pick out makeup. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me find products that matched perfectly. Her customer service was amazing and she made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Thank you Bella for going above and beyond!

1 star. I was racially discriminated against at this Walgreens location in Kendall. I am a paying customer and was denied access to the bathroom with zero explanation — no sign, no reason, nothing. When I asked why it was closed, the staff couldn’t give me a single answer. Let me be clear: the bathroom wasn’t closed for everyone. It was closed for ME. This is textbook discrimination and it is disgusting. Walgreens, you are supposed to be a neighborhood pharmacy that serves the community; ALL of the community. Instead you treat Black customers like criminals the moment we walk through the door. I will be reporting this to corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else who will listen. Do better or lose my business permanently.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Walgreens today. During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly by the store manager, Kinjal, in a manner that I perceived as racially discriminatory. The interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome as a customer. Walgreens promotes a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and treating all customers with dignity and respect, and my experience did not reflect those values. No customer should ever feel singled out, targeted, or treated differently because of their race or background. I believe Walgreens should thoroughly investigate this incident and take appropriate corrective action to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. I hope Walgreens reviews this matter seriously and holds its management team accountable for maintaining the standards of professionalism and respect that customers expect.

This store is trash! The red-haired cashier is mean! I will not shop at this location ever again! Funky attitude and calling customers BRO-KEY!!! She needs to be let-go. Do this people really want to work? Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude!! Customer Service please!! Go somewhere else to Shop!!

Listen! I had a hard day and while I did not care for the other employees, Miss. Tishouna more than made up for the experience I was having! She went out of her way to help me to the point where that was some things I hadn’t thought of, and she knew to suggest certain products to me. She knew exactly what she was doing, and she needs to be somebody’s manager, shift, lead, etc. She was very nice very friendly. She did not pass me off to anyone else. She treated me like a human being, and not only that I noticed that she was kind to everybody not just myself. That is the type of customer service people should experience.
