Thank you Sam for helping me find my contact lens solution. Sam kindly guided me to the item placed it in my hand and I happily went to pay for it at the cash register. The store was immaculately clean organized like the good old days with no robots. That's how you beat the bots with exceptional service like Scott who kindly took the merchandise and noted the expiration date asked if I wanted to exchange it and I said no because I plan to donate it to a homeless man struggling outside because of Democratic party policies. 😵🙄😮🥴😳💵

This location apparently views towing as a customer-service strategy. I was parked for roughly two hours and came back to find my vehicle gone. The lot was far from full, yet the priority seemed to be towing first and asking questions never. Businesses are free to enforce parking rules, but customers are equally free to decide where to spend their money. An expensive tow over a mostly empty parking lot ensured I’ll never return. If you’re considering stopping here, pay very close attention to the parking policy—or be prepared for a costly surprise.

I visit this location 3–4 times a week, and it is easily one of the busiest CVS locations in Houston. Despite the high volume, the staff is experienced, helpful, and genuinely interested in assisting customers. The managers are well-liked, and their positive attitude reflects across the entire team. While the high foot traffic occasionally leads to inventory shortages on a few refrigerated items, the excellent service makes this a 5-star location.

I had a really frustrating experience at this CVS on Gray Street. The employee I spoke with was very rude and not helpful at all. I also tried calling the store about 10 times over an hour and a half, and nobody answered. I tried calling again a few hours later and still couldn’t get through. On top of that, the photo machine wasn’t working, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. I’ve also had issues with homeless people outside the store harassing me when I come here, they even come up to my car and try to get my attention or tap my window. As an 18-year-old female, that makes me feel really uncomfortable and unsafe trying to go in and out of the store. I understand places get busy, but the customer service, lack of communication, broken photo services, and overall unsafe feeling at this location were really disappointing. I would not recommend this CVS, especially for photo services.

I had an amazing experience at CVS Pharmacy thanks to Raven! She was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. CVS is lucky to have someone like Raven on their team — she made my visit smooth and stress-free!
