Pharmacy needs major help or to stop accepting new patients to fill their medication. It shouldn’t take 6 hours to fill an antibiotic. I shouldn’t have to come in and return 3+ hours later when I’m waiting for my medicine etc. Staff is so rude. If they do not like you they will talk about you in front the people behind you in line. Seen it happen over an elderly customer in a rush. Can they not wait to gossip til They’re on lunch or off? Pharmacist is kind and helpful but it takes a long time

I walked in the store & showed a photo of an unusual product that I had NO IDEA where it could b. Immediately the young Lady Jamila said , asile 21 without a second of hesitation , I was shocked & went to 21 & there it was , I was very impressed with such COURTESY $ knowledge !!!!!it was Theraworx an unusual cream for muscle I never heard Of …. This store has the rudest and most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. The lack of customer service and hospitality is lacking at best. There is one employee in particular who seems to always be in a bad mood and ignores you if you’re at the counter or god forbid need assistance with anything. Skye is incredibly hostile and an absolute nightmare to deal with. She’s so negative that I now go to another location and will not be returning to this one. I’d rather go out of state to another Walgreens before I encounter her again.

This pharmacy does a job great job having my medications filled in a timely manner. The texts reminders are helpful and my alert for when Rx’s ready for pickup is always accurate. The staff is also very friendly considering how busy they appear (non-stop phone calls and lengthy lines at expected peak hours). I have no friends or family affiliated with Walgreens or this location. I

In sum- GETTING RX MEDICATIONS FROM HERE ARE A NIGHTMARE!!!! Not sure who’s worse Allen toussaint or this location I’m so done getting hung up on, brushed off like I’m some annoying fly, leaving with unanswered important questions, and being treated improperly for a customer. I am understanding and patient with them but I’m over it. This is enough! No issues with the store it is the pharmacy!!! The staff at the pharmacy, so rude is an understatement. Except for the one male pharmacist I believe who has been there quite some years now is very nice , are incredibly rude almost all the time. It’s become unbearable. They hang up on me and refuse to fill medications unless I call or show up, even if I’ve requested a refill or my doctor has called a prescription in. understand it’s busy. No reason to take it out on the customers There are 100000000 other pharmacies and 1000 other walgreens in the New Orleans area no worries
