I had a very pleasant experience this morning with Mrs. Hope she greeted me when I came into the store, asked if I needed help finding anything, and wished me and my family “Happy Holidays” after check out. I’m very big on customer service and it drastically lacks in our present times, but I appreciate it when I get it. Thank you 🫶🏾

I’m not sure if they move staff around. But the new staff at the pharmacy is terrible and through the phone is even worst. I have visited the pharmacy on various occasions before and it was great , but recently is just terrible.

Joienille At Walgreens Gretna is the best. I called with questions and she was concerned about me and help me out a lot. She has great customer service skills and I truly appreciate her.

Watch out for deceptive advertising at Walgreens! Was browsing the sale aisle at my local Walgreens and saw a sign 50% off select plush. Well we tried 2 and was told no squish mellows were on sale. Hmmm your sign looks like they are. Wondering if this is going on at all #Walgreens or is the one on Stumpf the only sleazy deceptive one???

Management & Staff, including pharmacy, are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. Great deals on vitamins, such as BOGO free or 50% off. Definitely one of the better Walgreens in the area which feels SAFE and is conveniently located off the expressway.
