I have a love/hate relationship with this location. At first I was shocked at just how bad it was as the Walgreens chain is pretty okey. Then I began to appreciate the attention to detail of how poorly the store is run. I also enjoy seeing if I can get the clerks to smile or say anything that isn’t filled with condemnation for having the gall to interrupt their day at work. Theirs one lady who’s been there for a while at the register who enjoys a good verbal sparring. Sometimes in the morning there are no employees around at all and I’ll set a stopwatch to see how long it takes for someone to appear, I’m up to 7 minutes so far. Come for the bad vibes and stay for the entertainment. The second star is out of appreciation for your commitment to your level of customer service.

This is the worst Walgreens location. The cash register is so rude every time I go there. This time, I was told to go back to the line when I asked to make a Walgreens reward card. I had already waited for 5-6 mins since there were no one at the both registers. I just left the store without purchasing anything. I am just trying to understand why she is so mean to costumers like that all the time, huffing and puffing with negative energy. 0 costumer service skill!

I have used this pharmacy for years. First off, this pharmacy just shut down for about 24 hours without explanation. Also, I ordered prescriptions and twice they canceled one of them without telling me. When I realized it and reordered the prescription I was told on the app that it was delayed due to insurance reasons. Then when I called to ask about it I was told they could be filled and would be ready in an hour and a half. Twice. I am switching pharmacies today.

When you go into a Walgreens you expect consistency. What caught my attention was the outstanding service that I received. I was looking for a certain item and the staff found and showed me all the options and were sweet as honey in the process. Fantastic.

Clean and nice enough staff, but grossly grossly grossly understaffed in the pharmacy. It’s the exception to the rule to get in and out in under 20 minutes. As I write this I’ve been in the drive thru for 25 minutes, I’m finally at the window, there are 5 cars behind me and I see multiple people in line inside. Awful.
