These are literally the nicest people in the world. The pharmacy girls and the pharmacists are all SO SWEET and HELPFUL. Never make me feel bad for asking about costs and actually proactively applied my insurance to a medication I said they didn’t have to check (it was close to closing on Mardi Gras and felt bad coming in, and the young, cute brown boy working took the time to run my insurance anyways and saved me $53). I’ve gotten courtesy calls and authorizations approved at this pharmacy faster than any other. Also, the cashiers and security guards are all great also! I live down the street and just wanted to share how wonderful this place is because of their staff.

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had which is saying a lot considering so many pharmacies seem to be short staffed and you have to be mindful and patient when going to pick up medications from most pharmacies. The list would be too long for me to give all the reasons why they are horrible. The service is so bad it is truly unbelievable. One day there were 6 people working in the pharmacy. More than I have ever seen at any pharmacy. I was still ignored. There is no privacy as they talk loud enough you can hear other customers personal business. Name, date of birth, address as well as the meds they are taking which means if you have knowledge of medications that is a total Hippa violation because now you know that customer's ID and medical conditions. I have decided to switch to an out of network pharmacy and just use Goodrx. I would rather pay more money than continue to have these painful experiences. You have been warned.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. Spent a week trying to get them on the phone to get my son’s prescription filled. One time had them give us my son’s meds that require to be mixed up into a liquid as a powder (they forgot to mix it) and had to return to get them to mix it for us. After 2 years of getting meds filled there due to working down the street even though I live far out, they tell me they can no longer fill our prescriptions there since we live too far away. Good luck if this is the only option you have! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way to pick up a prescription, but when I arrived it had been put back on the shelf. When I asked about it, the situation escalated and I was told the pharmacist would not fill my prescription at all. This caused an unnecessary delay in getting medication and felt very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

Outstanding store. I came in the other day looking for hair gel and a man by the name of Demetrius went above and beyond. They didn’t have it on the shelf so I suppose he went in the back and grabbed it. Please give him a promotion!
