The pharmacy is a damned mess. Rude and when you can even find them working, the drive-thru is never open… “Come In!!!!” it reads. I am coming to a pharmacy because I am sick and don’t want to come in! Walgreens do better!

When I tell you I was appalled by the level of poor , unprofessional and RUDE!! behaviour displayed by both employess at this location I am not sure how they managed to stay employed they are so rude , unhelpful and has no level of training whatsoever. the lady told me she had no time to help me find the items I was looking for because she had other stuff doing in the back so I politely asked for someone who could assist me and she threw a fit I was in disbelief and when I called her out she refuse to cash me out at the register and told me to leave and I told her to call the police ..at the end of the day she will get paid regardless if she sold anything or if she made the customers satisfied so the only person losing is walgreens by having these types of workers in the establishment. workers like these should be in the back of a restaurant washing dishes no offence!! . My encounter was at 8am on Sunday May 4th 2025 two African American middle age females were on duty and the duo seemed like they were both accustomed to and enjoyed treating customers this way because they have not been held accountable ..this is unacceptable !!!!!!!..I hope the store owner sees this

The pharmacist worked hard to get my prescription down from $97+ to $47+. I was impressed with her work to get the price down.

The people that work at this Walgreens are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a store. I have had two horrible experiences with two separate employees who had the customer service skills of farm animals. I will be escalating this to corporate, and I encourage anyone who has had similar experiences to do so as well. Legit, people need to learn how to be professional and polite. Do yourself a favor and go the extra half a mile to the one on St. Charles and Felicity. They at least treat their customers with dignity and kindness.
