When the lady pharmacist is working, this is a 5 star pharmacy. However, if it’s her day off, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes before you are able to even talk to someone at the pharmacy - that is in person or by phone. Just waited in line for almost 30 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. My suggestion would be to let go of the male pharmacist, he is rude and never apologized once for the wait.

The other day a lady name Tamara that works there, was extremely nice and helpful to me. She stopped at what she was doing just to assist and help me to look for an item at the store. I was pleased with her customer service skills...I will definitely come back to this location if I need anything else.

Being short-staffed is understandable, but waiting 30 minutes for help with a locked case is unacceptable. Rosiland was rude, unhelpful, and provided poor customer service. I will not return.

This pharmacy is so disorganized. I’ve never gotten a mediation on time, and the staff is very rude. I have chosen this location based on convenience, but I will happily drive further for reliable service

This Walgreens is terrible and unreliable. Their pharmacy is rarely open for tje entirety of the actual posted hours. Prescriptions are oftentimes not filled anywhere near the requested and promised time, and they don’t tell you it isn’t going to be filled until immediately before the time you requested to pick it up. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for 25 years and I’ve never experienced anything like it at any other store.
