came in at 6:55pm on a wednesday, rushed home from work... only for them to be "closed" and turn me away... they were still there just chose not to let me get my already filled prescriptions. listen, I know they're understaffed. but if you can't maintain your functioning hours then change them. I work weird hours and can't get to here all the time. it's frustrating that this is the 5th time this has happened in a few months.

Nice store I needed something ASAP, they had it in stock, a clerk helped me find it right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! That was great because I was already running a little behind. I could tell they knew I was in hurry. Great staff, nice clean store. Highly recomend!!

This is the worst pharmacy around period. I’ve had problems in the past about them not telling me my prescription was ready and long hold times but today has assured me that I’ll never go back as a customer. I started on hold with 2 customers ahead of me. 25 minutes go by and I’m the next person, probably because the other person gave up. At 40 minutes on hold I drive up there, 5 minutes away, and walk in to see about 20 people waiting and 4 pharmacy employees. I wait there for 5 minutes, still on hold, and then I asked “are you guys not answering phones?” They said it’s been ringing all day but that’s what happens when you don’t answer it ever. While I’m there they could’ve informed me that they were closing early tonight, but they didn’t. I leave work early to make it before they close and the place is locked up. This isn’t the first time they’ve randomly shut down for staffing concerns. This is an example of a poorly managed store and I will scream it from the rooftops until their business declines. The pharmacy is the worst. They had to shut down due to staff shortages. Opened back up and then they close periodically for the same reason. I had a script called in, I was told that it was on back order and it would be 5 days at the earliest, IF it came in at all. Have my provider call it in somewhere else and the insurance shows that it was filled! Now on the phone ONCE AGAIN on hold due to their wonderful staffing issues! SMDH

When you can’t schedule your pain , how does a pharmacy be like oh well sorry we only think that patients get sick or pain m-f. The fact people have to wait extra 2 days for relief is not ok!
