The Store is wonderful, but the pharmacy has provided less than great service for years and today was the last I can stand. When requesting ONLY to look for another location which shows in their system who has a medication I need but they were out of stock. The technician told me to just call around and see who has it. If she has the ability to look, I'm fine with calling them, I understand people are busy but when you flatout have no intention of giving a crap about the consumer to ONLY help with who to call, I just cannot. I was on hold for over thirteen minutes waiting for any other staff to help. I tried calling the store and spoke with one of the managers who said they'd help but was on hold for over eight minutes before hanging up. I'm not someone to just let things go and believe me, the technician who showed no regard for what I needed either lacked the knowledge to help or the inability to care I will address with the pharmacy manager. I will be switching my family of six to another pharmacy. Less convenient but this was beyond excusable.

This is the only Walgreens I go to due to the great customer service. I do all kinds of photo orders with banners, gifts, pictures and they always turn out great! The store is always clean and organized too!

Manager refunded for passport photo because the crop was too much so post office took and charged us for another photo. I turned around and bought Halloween candy. They have awesome prices.

The pharmacy at Walgreens is not only uneducated when it comes to medications but also will not work with your doctor if you are on any kind of controlled substance. They treat their patients that require controlled substances like junkies living on the street. Extremely disrespectful and would never recommend them to anyone!

The AI helper is no help at all for over the phone conversations. It's also been well over a week since my medication was supposed to be ready and I haven't been called once about it.
