Needed some allergy medicine and was able to get in and out very quickly. The store is well organized and clean.

The staff in the pharmacy are rude as hell. After standing in line for over 25 minutes with 4-5 staff working in the back a lady finally came to assist me. When I told her what i was looking for she looks at me and says it's in the bandage isle in a blue box and walks away. Now mind you it's a million blue boxes in that isle. Instead of coming to help she walks away!! ( VERY RUDE). So I went to the from and ask for help. The lady and guy at the front counter helped me. They were nice. I shop in here all the time but will not ever go back to the pharmacy part of the store again just to get treated rude and poorly!!

Pharmacy staff rude, and never ever have your prescription ready for pickup after they have called you and texted.

I shop at this store almost DAILY for the past couple of years because its the closest thing to me and how I get my medicine.. Its a shame how RUDE staff is especially the guy ERIC who smells like liquor and always on his telephone. I have recently encountered a newer kind hearted beautiful spunky young lady PHROPET always Speaks welcome each and every customer in and make sure to tell you to have a blessed day and its not staged you can tell she cares for people unlike the rest standing around on phones stare at you and dont say a word. I also witnessed that sweet girl being tortured with disrespect by 2 different workers eric being 1 of them i stood in line over 10 minutes while she called for a mamager to approve my $300 they kept walking passed her and when she says I NEED APPROVAL OVER HERE eric yell at her and get rude and it started a argument between them and this young lady had an entire line and still no help he advised her to call another to the front to help her 😡 That hurt my heart to see her so down as nice as she is.. HR NEED TO BRING MORE LIKE HER AND REMOVE PEOPLE LIKE HIM so people are comfortable spending their hard earned money. she has brightened that store up because no one speaks or anything not even the older lady and its sad to have to spend money and wait for medicine and from back to front EVERYONE IS RUDE I pray this sweet lady find the right job for her walgreens dont deserve the heart she has 😌

I came to WALGREENS to use one of your services. WESTERN UNION. My daughter does not have Zelle or anything. Eric asked me if I had made my order online. I said no. He directed me to the computer Area, made sure the computer was at the right place and gave me instructions. I'm a 76 year old Granny and I just appreciated how he didn't treat me like I was dumb. I Just needed help. I'm a Realtor/Realtist and just wanted to give ERIC his propers. ERIC continue to take care of all customers, with honor and concern.
