I’ll literally go to any other Walgreens in the city over this one. The people who “work” here don’t actually think it’s their job to open locked cabinets for customers. Waited in the skincare aisle to pick up a cheap face wash for 20 minutes while the call button I had pushed kept announcing over the store intercom for a staff member. A woman in a Walgreens shirt chatting up the security guard stood staring at me with disdain. I went up to ask her for help and she walked off without a word. Finally a manager came to unlock it after asking her “have you helped her out?” And she just responded “no.” And kept walking. This place sucks

In cases where singles and multi packs of a product is stocked, the single items are available to buy, but the doubles (which cost less per item) are locked up. When you press the button for assistance, nobody comes. I waited for twenty minutes because I wasn’t in a rush to get anywhere, and no one came to unlock it. They’re forcing people to buy the expensive item, if they buy it at all. Many sections of the store are entirely behind plexiglass, and in that case they’d just lose sales. It’s really inconvenient for the customer to have into go somewhere else or wait. This store gets one star, but really it should be zero stars, since the store is not actually shopable. If you can’t buy anything, it’s not a store.

I wanted to let you know that Victoria in the pharmacy went above and beyond for my husband and I. My husband and I were traveling and he had to get a prescription filled. She was kind, understanding and just a wonderful person. She made sure to take care of everything. She even called another Walgreens to accommodate another prescription that her pharmacy didn't have. We didn't have time to come back to her pharmacy. Anyway she is an angel and I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for her good work and kindness.

Employees are always very rude and every time you ask a question you just stay without an answer or help, I live in the next building and go to the store twice a day just because it's nearby. The work of employees leaves much to be desired I leave very disappointed every time, it's like I make them work

Every single deodorant is locked behind glass. If you’re going by to treat every customer like a criminal, close the store. I shouldn’t have to wait for an associate to get deodorant. I will not return to this location.
