I love the Pharmacist at the Walgreens on 200 W Adams! Pam is so helpful knowledgeable nice and PATIENT! She actually talks to you not at you. The store is always very clean and the associates are nice. It's in a perfect spot too. Downstairs in the same building as my office - so convenient!

The technician is incredible at giving vaccines! She was multitasking the counter as well as answering the phone and still was able to come out quickly to give me my vaccines and I didn’t even feel a thing!

I can’t stress enough how bad this Walgreens pharmacy is. This is the second time we’ve had an issue there. They move at a snail’s pace and lied to us about having 2 of 3 prescriptions ready. We waited for the 3rd which they said would only take 15 minutes. After nearly a half an hour, we had to go up and ask for an update only to learn that their systems were down and they didn’t fill any of the three prescriptions. We wasted an hour and why wasn’t this information presented to us after our initial wait time had passed.

This pharmacy needs some administrative assistance. Had a flu shot scheduled and waited over 20 minutes because the pharmacist was backlogged because of insurance issues all day long. For the rest they're super nice people and the store has a lot of helpful associates.

This Walgreens is in a great location across the street from the JW Marriott Hotel in next to at McDonald’s. It has a pretty big selection but many of the items are behind locked cabinets so you have to spend more time than normal because you have to ask an employee to let you get a bottle of ibuprofen.
