This location lived up to its ratings. When you need something and almost the entire section is out of stock. It's not a good look. I hate walgreens new pricing in 2026 where they are trying to force you to order ahead to save money too. Do better Walgreens and help this store succeed better. Hire more staff and pay people. While your at it give your cashier's ATT ALL LOCATIONS stools to sit at while forced to ring and stop breaking people's knees to work for you.

I went to the Walgreens pharmacy and had a very upsetting experience with a pharmacist named Michael. When I called beforehand, I was told that my prescription was ready. However, when I arrived, only two of the three prescriptions were available. The missing medication was my inhaler, which I was then told would cost approximately $220. What upset me most was the pharmacist’s attitude. Rather than explaining the situation professionally, he appeared to mock me and acted as though I had other options. I have asthma, and this inhaler was prescribed by my doctor. I do not understand what alternatives he expected me to have. At one point, he told me, “You do not care,” which I found confusing and inappropriate. I was simply trying to obtain medication that I need for a medical condition. He also called another Walgreens location and, during that conversation, spoke loudly about me in a way that felt disrespectful and mocking. His behavior made me feel embarrassed and belittled. It seemed as though he was treating me as if I were foolish for needing my prescribed asthma medication. I expect healthcare professionals to treat patients with respect, professionalism, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this interaction.

Adelyne RX Tech @1601 Wells is awesome. She not only remembers my name, but she also performs tasks with a jovial demeanor that is refreshing in the RX industry. Taylor, the RX manager, is like a buzzsaw; when he's there, the line moves like a well-oiled machine. He can run two registers at once, as if he takes it as a personal affront to see a line. David is a Wags traveling asset, an astute professional who superbly acclimates to various stores in the district.

This is the absolute WORST Walgreens I have ever encountered. I spent almost 2 hours on hold with them, spoke with the manager multiple times, and even had another Walgreens get involved all to find out if they had a medication of mine for seizures so that I could receive this. There was no sympathy either. There was no reason it should have gotten to that level. One of the worst Walgreens and pharmacies ever!

This walgreens pharmacy may be the country's worst. The ineptitude is off the charts. They are extremely slow, have never gotten a prescription correct on the first try, and try to blame doctors for delays in delivery/mislabeling when it is their fault. Zero accountability, zero escalation, or motivation for a positive experience for their customers. Avoid at all costs.
