His communication and flexibility meant I was able to complete my shopping list with ease and in a satisfactory way, I would recommend going to this Walgreens. Cheers!

Poor experience at the pharmacy. I was picking up a partial Rx and the tech said they could fill it completely just needed to switch the container/dosage (Rx specific details rather not get into it). I was happy to wait a bit longer to get the whole Rx and grateful for the assistance but It took an hour and she was speaking aggressively to one of the pharmacist. I was uncomfortable and stressed with the time it took to get my prescription and seeing this tiff between the two people working there. I will try to avoid Walgreens in the future. Also, over heard lots of other people’s personal information just sitting there -names, addresses, drug names, etc.

Filthy dirty outside and inside. Pharmacy is unreliable. Tells you your Rx is ready and then it is not upon pick up. Pharmacy does not keep posted hours. Would give zero if possible. Feel bad for the restaurant next door given how dirty this store is on its exterior. A marked departure from the old Walgreens stores.

THIS MIGHT BE IN A FEW PARTS BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.... this will be my part ONE on saturday, april 25 i entered this walgreens around 12:20. i was coming to meet with my friend, she had been in the store for maybe around 5 or 10 minutes before me, obviously shopping for things for the house in the paper towels aisle. i come in, find her, and greet her simply saying hi and how are you, but this was enough to set off the worker Tamera, this lightskin lady with some colored contacts. she peeps in the aisle and calls us out immediately as soon as i just say a few words to my friend, saying if we're going to be in the store we need to be ACTUALLY shopping and that it's just store policy and not personal to us at all despite the fact that she didn't say it to anybody else in this crowded store but us when i had just entered to my friend who was obviously browsing and picking up items from even before i entered. but sure, we move on, she gives us a shady look but we get everything else we wanted and PAID for it all. I got some lashes and a water, spending 12.76, my friend got popcorn and a water not sure how much she spent but we were in fact shopping and we spent no more than 15 minutes thank you very much. check your cameras if youre suspicious, let me continue.. so we leave the store at 12:35am (sat, april 25) and we're going around the city as any normal people would on a friday night. we explore, we went out to eat up north, just were out but we live in the area of this specific walgreens so as we were finally heading home around 3:40am we realized we had forgot some items for the home and thought since the walgreens is 24h we would stop by. since my friend had been looking at the paper towels earlier that night but didn't wanna carry them on our night out, she decided to get them now as we were close to home. the store's automatic doors are off so we're not sure if the store was possibly closed for a short moment for cleaning or something similar since it was admittedly quite late (3:40am) and nobody else was in the store, no cashiers were at the registers, we couldn't see any employees around the store, and at least in that brief moment there weren't any security guards by the doors. we're standing around hoping to get some kind of person or see somebody but the store's completely empty. we see tamera suddenly pop out some employee door, again we had just assumed they might've been closed for a short break or for cleaning the store as many 24h stores do that especially in the late night, we had just not seen that the doors had a handle to be pulled open, again we wouldn't want to test that in the case they are meant to be closed since there were also wet floor signs blocking the doors at that moment. so then we go to sit down somewhere across the street, waiting for when they might open back up or we see people head in. we call the store's number to see if they are open or if they were closed for a short break, and tamera answers the phone with an attitude saying they are obviously open and they have people standing by the door letting people in and out, we said we'll be coming in soon. right so then this tamera lady gets crazy. like i said, we re-entered because earlier that night we were looking at household items (paper towels, etc) but we didn't buy them on the first visit as to not have to carry it around all night long while we were out. so on this second visit, i believe we entered the store around 3:55am, we go straight to the paper towels. this tamera lady is already giving us odd looks but whatever she hasn't said anything yet. we pick out our paper towels within a good minute, and head over to the feminine needs/pads aisle. we took no longer than 10 minutes looking at the pads, because we were deciding which ones to get since the usual ones we'd buy weren't in stock so we had to look at other brands and styles, and my friend was also buying it for her household and trying to remember which ones to get. I had a great experience at Walgreens thanks to Eugene. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. His friendly attitude made a big difference and turned a routine stop into a pleasant experience. Eugene is a wonderful example of excellent customer service, and Walgreens is lucky to have him.
