Pharmacy sucks. They have 1 register open and the line is all the way to the back of the store. It’s always like this. Very inconvenient. This location also doesn’t sell pantyhose or stockings. The clerk said because of theft. Come on now Walgreens, yall lock everything else up, lock that up too! This is my 3rd time attempting to get my prescription this week. Ive been in line for 20min at this point. Do better with this pharmacy, ridiculous

My experience at 316 West Cermak Walgreens pharmacy was amazing. Pharmacy staffwas friendly knowledgeable about my vaccines, which made me very comfortable. I appreciate it their professionalism.

Customer service is non-existent. I have been waiting for my medication for five hours and they told me it was my turn and my medication was ready, but they sent me back to the back of the line of 20 people. This is a complete disgrace. I arrived 5 hours ago and waited in this line. They just said my medication was ready now and that I would just pick it up and leave, but I had to wait in the line of 20 people again just to pick it up. This is a complete disgrace. I plan to never go to this Walgreens again.

Pharmacy line is always backed up. Need space markers so that sick people don't stand so close to you in line. The wait for photo and video always take a couple of minutes

Norman is a very friendly pharmacist and I just got a vaccine from Vicki who is a very cordial and conversational pharmacist as well as gifted with a needle. Didn’t even feel the poke and zero burn with the injection. Thank you both for your skills and training during this pandemic.
