I just want to thank the two tall guys tonight at about 11:40PM on 2-11-26. Especially the gent on the floor. Really helpful, my wife was sick from food poisoning and the gentleman who helped me, was really wonderful in my time of need. Helped me get stuff to make her feel better, and actually had genuine concern and compassion. That’s tough honestly with the craziness that comes off the street they have to deal with everyday. Thanks!

I understand that you feel majority of your items need to be locked up. However, it shouldn't hinder the quality of service. I stood in one spot for at the very least for 10 mins waiting for someone to unlock the case to get one deodorant. And instead of walking up with a smile and apologizing for the wait and kindly asking what I need. I was approached, by someone who seemingly looked like a manager, which is even more concerning, with a scowl and an attitude, like how dare I press the button and wait for assistance for an excessive amount of time. Quite frankly it was weird. Nevertheless, if you choose to continue to lock everything up, please have the appropriate staff available to assist your customers. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush and I could wait, but it was still inconvenient and rude to not even address it. This is my neighborhood Walgreens, literally a 2 min walk from my building, I would prefer not have to deal with long waits and unnecessary attitudes every time I come to spend my money.

While visiting, from another state, needed some personal items while headed to The Navy Pier. Levance was AWESOME! Super knowledgeable. Super helpful. Concerned about our experience and even gave tips for navigating the city. The front staff was also super helpful and pleasant. I was in a panic, but walking into this location and being greeted and served by Levance and his team calmed me and smoothed things out. Thanks so very much!

We were on a weekend trip to Chicago and realized we had left some of our medication at home. Since we had a Walgreens account we were able to call the Walgreens closest to our Hotel and receive just enough of a prescription to last until we returned home. Everyone I talked to was so helpful. We had a little trouble with the delivery to the hotel but they helped us out with that also. Very nice staff. We appreciated all of their help.

Currently at a hospital recently diagnosed with cancer , a gentleman by the name of Lavance a store employee who wen far and beyond out of his way to deliver something to me when he did not have to.He did not know I was ill.I just asked him to deliver something to me.And although it was very minor it meant something to me that he went out of his way.So I want to tell Lavance thank you so much
