The pharmacy counter staff are careless. I had two prescriptions. One was on hold, and instead of telling me, they just handed over the one in stock and said nothing. I only found out by checking myself, getting back in line, and asking — and then they told me, annoyed, that the other was on hold. Mentioning it the first time would have taken five seconds. On top of that, service is slow and the wait times they quote are consistently wrong, so I've made multiple trips for nothing. I'll be driving further to use a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy is totally understaffed and the staff that is left picking up the slack is understandably disgruntled. I can’t call them about prescriptions because you get hung up on 6 times before someone could take a call and they are in an extreme hurry to get you off the phone. If you go in person the line is long, the texts about the prescription being done aren’t true and you’re asked to come back hours later. If you refill the script online it’ll tell you it’ll be ready the next day but in reality it’ll be within the week you know after they order it a few times. Walgreens you can’t mistreat your employees and expect the customers not to notice. Everyone’s having a bad experience.

This is the single worst drug store I have ever had to use in my life. The pharmacy line is always insane (photo below- about 12 people deep with two lines funneling into one). You cannot actually get through to anyone in the pharmacy via the phone. My prescription cannot get on the auto-order here despite 10+ requests. This is the last prescription and time I’m using Walgreens- switching to mail order via cvs or Amazon. Walgreens- Do better or you’re going to loose more customers. Consumers- avoid at all costs.

It’s actually crazy how bad it is, every time they text me something is ready it never is and I have to come back. Every time I have to wait several days, it’s also more expensive than any other pharmacy. And they always have the sweet poor girl working by herself and no one helps her so there’s a crazy line.

Live 2 blocks from this Walgreens but I go instead to the Walgreens on Armitage and Dayton, which is much better. Anything that can go wrong at this pharmacy, will go wrong. Insanely long lines. 45 minute wait for vaccines, even with an appointment. This clearly comes down to management issues.
