One very disappointing encounter, 2 mixups and 2 horrifying instances occurred here that violated HIPPA. 1. Pharm tech gave me my new meds asking if I had any questions and I said yes, she said I can have you talk to the pharmacist for a consult then, wait here. No one showed up, I was ghosted!! Leaving me no other choice than to waste more time waiting to hear back from my drs office. 2. Mixup that they wanted to fill a 100qt fill with just 10 to start then pickup the 90 remaining needed the following week; I said that was a waste of my time & billing, didn’t need it immediately, would come back next week. 3. I came back later same day as pickup because they forgot 2 of my med refills when I went to pick up everything at once, another waste of my time bc their carelessness 3. The young Asian man pharm tech said my extremely embarrassing medication out loud, ANNOUNCING IT so that other patients behind me could hear. Horrifying, I told him he should be more careful bc of HIPPA patient privacy rights. (How are they not trained on this?!?!) He tried to play it off cool but I was PISSED and all he said was “thank you for the reminder to keep that in mind”…came back the following week to pick up the full refill and a few others. Same guy. Announced my meds again saying them out loud very loud. Very sensitive medications that I don’t want other ppl to know about. Disgusting. I hope the pharmacy lead here takes this very seriously. I’ve been meaning to call to follow up but I will today now that it’s made me upset thinking about it again. UGH! I feel so violated. Also: this Walgreens has no real store, just a digital kiosk with limited selection mostly for tourists/travelers heavily secured and all self checkout. Could not get what I needed here. It’s like a city Target mini store but worse. I can’t stand this Walgreens! Don’t go here.

This Walgreens is amazing. The staff are always friendly and I’ve never had an issue there. The pharmacy system of checking in online rather than waiting in a physical line is such an improvement. It’s very clean and well organized. Nice work Walgreens.

Just left there about an our ago. Terrible, terrible customer service! the clerk was so RUDE!. She threw my receipt on the counter! Get some AI and replace the incompetent staff there. when I am paying I do not need to be insulted. Go to another Walgreen's.

Wow. From the outside this place looks like a no. But then you go in and is super modern with the sections. One for online order pickup, one for pharmacy, and another the retail items like food and out l over the counter. Wow. It's like a speakeasy pharmacy haha.

This walgreens is not a real store but just some digital front nothing works you wait for ages in front of Roboters. Go cvs somewhere else you and your meds will just get lost there and you will receive a lot of digital robot calls :D this is capitalistic apocalypse ^^
