waited 40 minutes in line for my scripts; got to the speaker at 6:42pm, by the time he finished with the other car and came on my speaker it turned 6:45pm, they pulled a blind & closed down for a break with NO warning or notice to any of the other cars waiting. My scripts and card were ready to go. It would have taken a minute but instead I had to wait another 30. They supposedly can’t access the systems during that time and shut down for a break for legal reasons but it’s just unacceptable to waste people’s time like this. There’s got to be a better system. This is not the first time this has happened.

Says the pharmacy is open til 11pm. It is NOT and never has been. I had a bad allergic reaction and my doctor sent in a prescription at 11:30am. I kept calling bc it said “delayed” for hours. I called around 4pm and the lady spoke to me like I was the problem for being in need of my medicine. Kept waiting for the text that it was ready, but nothing. I called again around 7pm and the guy told me it was “being worked on” so I asked what’s going on do they even have it in stock? He transferred me and the recording goes “the pharmacy is now closed” *click * my dominant hand is swollen and blistering in SO MUCH PAIN and it’s too late to have the prescription rerouted. Don’t ever have your prescription sent here they just PLAY with people’s MEDICINE. Unreal. Worst customer service experience of my life.

5 stars only for Tarron, she is the best manager and went extra mile to help us out. Rest of the employees at the location should learn from her. No harm in being kind and empathetic.

I got my passport photos taken here two days ago and was told I would receive the digital copy within 24 hours. It’s now been over 48 hours and I still haven’t received anything. What’s more frustrating is the lack of response I’ve called multiple times, and each time my call is picked up and then transferred endlessly without anyone actually helping or even explaining the delay. This is extremely unprofessional, especially for a paid service. If there’s an issue, just communicate it clearly instead of avoiding the customer. Would not recommend if you need something time-sensitive.

Actually the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Half the time they don't have the medication to fill the prescription, but even if they do be prepared to wait for ages for them to fill it, and then several more ages in line to pick it up. Want to make an appointment for a vaccination? Make it an hour early because you WILL be sitting there forever even if there's nobody in line. Just an absolutely worthless place. I walk an extra 15 minutes to go to a CVS instead. It's no wonder the future of Walgreens is in doubt.
