Waited 1 hr for my prescription. I ended up leaving out of frustration. It should never take 1 hr to get a prescription.

If you ever feel like you aren't disrespected enough, come to this place. They may have appts open all afternoon and you may think you can get in and out relatively quickly. But nope, they will make you wait 30 or 40 minutes every single time, even when there is no one ahead of you. The only reason they do this is they have absolutely zero respect for your time. Go somewhere else.

I arrived at 1:20 to pickup a prescription. I was told to wait a few minutes so I sit down in the waiting area. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, the same woman I checked in with pops her head out the door and asks if I'm waiting. I reply, yes, I just checked in with you and you told me to wait a few minutes. She proceeds to tell me they're all going to lunch and I need to come back in an hour. I ask how is that possible when I was just told to wait a few minutes. That was that, they go to lunch and I have to leave. Absolutely terrible customer service. Choosing to go to lunch over filling a prescription. Good showing Walgreens...way to higher such stellar employees.

Showed up on time for my 6:15 booster appointment. At 6:45pm I was still waiting with several people ahead of me. I ended up having to leave because I had other commitments that evening. When I was leaving I told the staff behind the counter I wasn’t going to get my vaccine and asked for my covid card back. 2 weeks later I go to another Walgreens to get the vaccine. Turns out this one never took me out of the system and charged my insurance for a vaccine I didn’t get. It was another 30 min headache to get that straightened out. I recommend the Chinatown Walgreens instead.

Bought something and grabbed the wrong thing immediately realized then they told me I can’t return it?????
