I went to CVS to take passport photos. I called a few times to confirm that the passport photo section would be open on Sundays and I was told yes from 9-4 PM. However, when I got to the passport photo section I saw a sign that said it was closed. I was totally disappointed and distressed. Then I found Maliha (CVS team member) working close by. I told her my dilemma and she immediately said I can help you. I was overjoyed because I had driven about 40 minutes to get this specific CVS to get my passport photos taken. She related to me that the passport photo section is normally open Monday through Friday only. Despite that Maliha was so kind and helpful to me. It was so refreshing. She made my experience with this CVS absolutely amazing!!

Had a wonderful shopping experience today thanks to two kind and helpful employees. Hakim and Gabe were very friendly and went out of their way to answer all my questions and help me find the products I wanted. I was so happy I went into this CVS tonight. I live in Alexandria so don’t go to this one often but I had such a good interaction with them I will come back soon. I have been here before and everything was fine but these two employees are very special. Thank you Gabe and Hakim for being so nice to me.

This has to be one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Greg was amazing, friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. The level of care I received left me walking out with a truly memorable smile. He went above and beyond to help create meaningful prints of my parents, and his service was exceptional, unlike anything I’ve encountered. Amazing work, and kudos to Greg! Thank you.

Pharmacist today at Dupont Circle around 4pm who answered the phone was very rude. Cut me off while I spoke to her over the phone and when I asked her to wait a moment while I verified I had the right information, she hung up on me. Then when I called back she cut me off as I spoke again then said she couldn’t fill the medication and hung up on me as I was speaking. She should not work as a pharmacist if she doesn’t like her job. Disappointing.

I was trying to get antiviral medication for my very sick son, And the pharmacist here was incredibly helpful. He Helped me figure out how to get my prescription transferred from another pharmacy, and then what to do when the prescription that I was requesting was out of stock. I got there 15 minutes before closing with the correct prescription and he filled it, which was lovely of him. Very helpful; very responsive.
